Apex Company

At the top of our hierarchy is the Apex Company, which oversees the entire franchise network and grants rights to Master Franchisees (MF) or Territory Franchisees (TF).

Master Franchise (MF) / Territory Franchise (TF)

These entities operate at the regional level, supervising and supporting solo franchises within their designated areas. They act as intermediaries, ensuring that all franchises maintain our high standards and receive the necessary resources and assistance.

Solo Franchise

The individual franchisee operates under the supervision of their respective MF or TF. They benefit from localized support and guidance, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to Hotel 1977’s best practices.

Royalty Entitlement

Each level of the franchise structure involves a royalty entitlement system, where solo franchises contribute to their MF or TF, who in turn support the Apex Company. This ensures a consistent flow of resources and support throughout the entire network.
